"Hotel was centrally located near the Kanawa Bus Station/Hells Pools/food steam restaurant. 10min walk from the bus station. The hotel was clean & has an onsen! Tatami rooms w/a kitchen, tiny bathroom (ship size). It is an older hotel, but it was perfect for us. The young man running the hotel was so nice and pleasant. "The check in process was complicated compaired to all the other accomodations we have stayed.there ead no welcome pack, dirty and worn out kitchen sponge, the photis on the internet are misleading, they advertise that there is a wash room upstairs but it was 2 tiny basins with cold water only.
