"I knew that I'd be sharing the bathroom, so I was prepared for that. But what I didn't know was that my room didn't have any window at all! I found it quite depressing not having a window. If I had known, I wouldn't have booked here at all & I wouldn't mind paying a bit more to have a window. In addition, using an app to unlock the room that's so hard to open was insane.
