"We had a wonderful time at Penn’s View! There were three of us in a room with two queen beds & it felt surprisingly spacious. It’d be nice to get a room with a view the next time we’re here, but there was a sweet view from a window near the elevator that we took advantage of every time we walked by. The staff was very helpful & the property nice & clean. We didn’t eat at the restaurant, but the bar was lovely - both the bartenders & our drinks made it very worthwhile! The spiral staircase is WAY Too easy the bang you head shoulder etc into and should have plastic order covering the metal edges and screws/bolt etc We had a bloody head injuring as a result. "Great staff but could use a little updating/repair. The building is beautiful as it was an old bank and has a grand lobby. The elevators were shaky/creaky and some of the panels had cracks in them.
