"This was ok for one night. Road noise was a bit loud, but they provided ear plugs which was nice. I was put in the unit attached to the check in office and next to smoking area which was not ideal. Nice staff, comfy bed. "

"The location is a 2-minute walk from the train station, making it accessible to anything in the city. I worked every morning and toured the city and neighboring communities in the afternoon. It was perfect!
I had one glitch with the WiFi, and the staff fixed it immediately.
They helped with planning, bus routes, etc.
The laundry was simple to use and convenient.
This was the only hotel I stayed where breakfast was included. It was tasty.

"Convenient location, just 3 mins walk to the shopping street with many restaurants options. The tatami room is very nice! Parking is not quite friendly as it doesnโt allow to drive out once we parked, so please take this into consideration when you book this. "
"Great hotel in a fantastic location, the steam geysers are going 24/7 which makes for a beautiful view. Hotel itself has tons to do from the Onsen to Games room. The included breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent.
