"Everything about our stay was exceptional, the staff in particular. Everyone went above and beyond for not just us, but other guests. The staff at this hotel really take pride in what they do and how they serve others. Thank you specifically for the recommendations from the very kind breakfast reception lady , who took the time to recommend some stuff for our kids. We would definitely stay here again."

"The stay was gloomy. The room we had was small. No place to keep 2 medium size luggage. After opening the luggage on the floor at the bed end. Not much space for us to walk. The receptionist was not able to help us get a taxi to the Seoul station after 6 nights staying here. We had to lug our suitcases in the snow to a nearby bus stop to hail a taxi. Not much warmth or welcome atmosphere at this hotel. "

"Didn’t have breakfast but had the buffet which was a little bit expensive but lots to choose from , and had a dinner in the cafe with a lovely pot of earl grey and cake , unfortunately didn’t get to use the pool or gym , very clean and polite staff."

"飯店地理位置方便，離地鐵站很近。附近就有兩間便利商店。 飯店服務人員服務態度非常好、也能快速協助解決問題。 飯店房間安靜、乾淨、舒適，床、棉被、枕頭很舒服。 建議廁所可以改善：淋浴與排水系統，淋浴完後馬桶前積水不容易排出。 下次再入住，會想嘗試飯店提供的餐廳。"

"It's our second time staying at Voco Seoul Gangnam, and we absolutely love it! The location cannot be beat -- you're in Gangnam, and right across the street you can find so many different places to eat, shop, and explore. There are a lot of convenience stores nearby, and an OLIVE YOUNG right across too. It's easy to walk to the subway or to the bus stop. The Dosan Park area is a quick ride away too :) Definitely our go to place in Seoul!"
