"Our first visit to Bali. The staff at this resort were amazing! I appreciated how they went out of their way to make sure our needs were met - including packing breakfast for us when we had to leave early one morning and would miss their sit down breakfast. Speaking of which, that was such a perk! The food was good and there were generous amounts. Love, love, love! We used their spa services for massages. They were decent for the price, Deluxe room is very small, get a suite!"

"Beautiful piece of heaven in Northern part of Ubud... although 45 minutes further than the center of Ubud and all the activities and sightseeing but definitely worth the drive. The most beautiful pool in Ubud . Gorgeous property, amazing staff, great restaurants and food options, nightly entertainment. Just amazing."

"Blown away by it so next part isn't to negalate this. Main problem communication ,we didn't know afternoon tea is included so instead of getting to hotel spent it outside ( afternoon tea not great and no vegetarian options) . All the facilities not explained and due to jet lag /heavy wedding never got to grips with geography of hotel and got lost ...not enough signs to location of rooms especially. However after first day didn't bother walking ..just called buggy. Massage excellent. Breakfast for vegetarian cooked selection limited however still excellent. Staff ...amazing , treated like king."
