"Clean room, good location, helpful staff"

"I stayed 3 nights at the Artezen and really enjoyed it. The room was really nice and clean. What really stood out for me were the beautiful linens by Frette (slippers too!), which I thought was a very elegant touch. The staff is delightfully young and friendly. Also very helpful when I asked for an iron … ironing board and iron sent to the room immediately. Also, I had a VIP voucher to use at the rooftop bar, but as it was closed on Sunday night and memorial day Monday night, I couldn’t use it....

"The rooms were big and comfortable. We had a kitchen, small living room and a decent bathroom. It was like staying in a one-bedroom apartment. The staff were excellent and very helpful. We’ll be back!"

"Good place, good people. Like this chain, would happily stay there again. Little lapses - restaurant and terrace hours not listed anywhere I could find, for instance - had to ask. Arrangement with dry cleaners very helpful at the end of a month-long trip, but laundry list and staff gave different stories on timing. Likewise, I think there was room service, but there was no obvious menu or availability time listed anywhere and the restaurant menu on the web site doesn’t match the actual menu...

The breakfast is fine but limited in choice, the room has a very small desk so not ideal for doing work but the lounge is nice and the hotel is very modern and clean. I hear the sushi is really good so has food and bar options in the hotel. Price is very reasonable for downtown location."

"Huge disappointment!! Money spent not worth the experience. Phones down couldn’t communicate with staff on site. Tents are filthy, need to be deep cleaned. Dusty and dirty. Cobwebs in almost all the corners. Dead bugs all over the light fixture in my shower. The grounds leave a lot to be desired not groomed at all. Not picturesque at all!! Looks abandoned and uncared for. The breakfast horrible. Not desirable at all. Like they just threw stuff out to say they fed you. Couldn’t even have a...
