"Very bad experience Although the staff was very nice But lots management and facility issue 1. 7 lifts CANNOT accomodate with 40+ floors of the building. Take 1 hr to get the bellboy bring the luggage up/down. Have to use stairs to parking lot. Worse situation during breakfast time and check out time 2. Breakfast area too small. CANNOT fit with number of guest. No table to sit. Empty food not top up. Long que at egg station. Breakfast substand. Nothing great with rm60 per head breakfast....

"Room did not have a window, was damp and smelling, bathroom was dirty, all fixtures broken, ac leaking water. Would not recommend this place to anyone"

"Window lock spoil, main door lock also spoiled. Check in was terrible , drop of and for parking and check in counter at different block."

Mamak breakfast so much better 3. Reception area so small. And only 3-5 workers handling check in check out. Not proportionate with high number of guests "

Sublime retreat and short distance getaway from KL

"Great stay, nice food, friendly staff, shout out to Mark, the Guest Relations Manager who helped us catering to our needs. Serene environment within a short drive from KL. "

Building not well upkeeping. Smelly & dirty.

"Nice apartment but no upkeeping, Very dusty, smelly moist and damp. Not worth for the price. Carpark lift smelly & dirty. No signage & walk distance to hotel from parking basement. Hotel guest only allow one hour dipping in the hot spring. Overall not up to my expectations. "

Pleasant stay for family trip

"Overall comfortable stay, hotel has facilities like self service laundrette at your own expense. I was not well, but to have essentials around nearby helped (7E, atm machine at groundfloor), petrol station, cafe & restaurants nearby etc. Our 2nd time staying, this trip we opted deluxe double room which is more spacious & window with nice greenery view. Room is equipped with essentials like slippers, coffee tea, kettle, iron & ironing board, wardrobe, reading lamp, massive tv with netflix. Bathroom is clean, spacious, has toilettries & toothbrush kit. Bed is queen size so a bit on the small side but we make do. Staff are overall pleasant and helpful. Will come again in future. "

"It was a comfy 2-Night stay for our Family of 4. Loved the strategic location - walking distance to reasonably priced eateries, and 10mins drive away fr Awana & GPO. Only downside was the futon which was damaged, covered w a sofa cover which had mites/bugs which caused me an allergy. This futon needs to be upgraded. Otherwise all else 4star rating :)"
