"Unpleasant staffs at front desk at all time, all never smile never greet, all not helpful, feel like you are begging them for a room! All guests are forced to check in at 3pm which caused the super long queue during check in, even when u arrived earlier and some of the rooms are ready. No house keeping is provided unless 4 nights or longer. No exchange of towels if u stay more than a night, and extra charge for towels if u request to replace. Tennis court is chargeable and not well...

"Unpleasant staffs at front desk at all time, all never smile never greet, all not helpful, feel like you are begging them for a room! All guests are forced to check in at 3pm which caused the super long queue during check in, even when u arrived earlier and some of the rooms are ready.
