"The property was pretty far off from the Kasauli town and the approach road was a narrow winding road full of dirt and potholes. Construction work os also going on. Everytime you decide to visit anybolace, means 30-45 mins of bumpy roads. The staff is pretty indifferent. Called housekeeping, the phone kept ringing and then ended up picked up at reception and the receptionist asked me to called to call the extension again. "Photos do not do justice for this property. It is lovely! We appreciated the location right next to the forest, enjoying daily walks there and on the property. The spa was incredible-wonderful treatments and amenties. Out of all the properties we stayed during our India trip, Oberoi Sukhvilas hands down had the best food-very creative and talented culinary team.
