"We have been to Golden Tulip hotels in different places, including Morni Hills ,Gurgaon and Goa. However please don't expect the same facilities, cleanness, service, ambiance. "Looks like they never did any room maintennace since the british left! Almost fell into toilet due to detatched seat cover. Door bolts broken. Never got a wifi or 3G signal in the room. Smelled of phenyl. Had Lawns were a highlight. Restaurant food and staff were also great. Other lower level staff was quite reasonable. Management is far below par. "
