"This hotel was amazing in and of itself. The front desk guy on the other hand definitely wasnโt my favorite. It was $60 cheaper to book this room thru hotels.com than the brand site which was disappointing as Iโm a long term rewards member of both sites. Some guests were given bottles of water upon check in we werenโt even offered any when we checked in. It wasnโt brought up as to whether I was a rewards member. Iโm not sure who gets waters and who doesnโt. The guy just wasnโt very pleasant and definitely seemed like he enjoyed catering to the older women. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The entire parking lot was completely packed so breakfast was a little chaotic but they had the staff to keep up with it which was a huge plus!"
