"Staff was excellent. Had to ask for towels each night we visited the pool & hot tub room. Unclear why that wasn’t planned better given it was ski season and everyone heads there at the end of the day. The breakfast area, which may / may not be included with your room was very poorly staffed and the food was disappointing"

Our room was perfect! Amazing river view with a nice little balcony, and two very comfortable Queen size beds. The continental breakfast was delicious! I would stay there again in a second! Great location, rooms, food and staff!"

"Hotel is beautiful. Elevators were amazing — large, fast, easy to use. Close to town. Room did not get made up after a phone call and two opportunities. Coffee pot in room was broken. Water pressure and temperature variations in shower were bad. Sounded like someone was drilling in the room next door."
