"Wait staff at breakfast stood around talking instead of serving. Housekeeping the last day just made the bed and did not clean and we got an eye roll when we told her we were leaving in 10 minutes. Music blared at 715 am from the restaurant disturbing our room right off the patio, and then in the restaurant it was so loud you couldnt talk. Booked a massage for an hour and it was only 45 min endingat 10 till the hour and not on the hour. Shower was tepid most days.tv only worked with netflix...

"If you are looking for a top-tier experience, Hilton Harbor Club is it. The attention to detail here is unmatched. The property itself is stunning, but what really sets them apart is the services. Every staff member we encountered was warm and attentive specially the front desk. My room had a breathtaking view and excellent soundproofing. The onsite amenities (like the pool/gym/restaurant/ night entertaining) were pristine. It was worth every penny and made my trip unforgettable."

"We were pleasantly surprised how spacious and nice the rooms at the hideaway were and how maintained the resort was. The main lobby was beautiful. There are 6 restaurants & a cafe that serves sweets , milkshakes and coffee. Dining gets busy so you need to make reservations but if you’re lucky they take walk-ins. We ate at 5 of them and you can find something delicious to eat. I just wouldn’t recommend dinner at the international buffet but breakfast is nice. We mainly ate lunch at the food...
