We stayed at Aupic after a late arrival at the airport. We had all we needed for a good rest before heading north the next day. The staff are wonderful and accommodating and we ate a really nice traditional meal downstairs at Chef Michael’s.

The staff was very nice and helpful, and the room was nice and modest. They didn’t have soap in the room at first, but when I asked for it, it was provided promptly. We booked last minute because our flight was canceled; however, after arriving at the hotel, we realized we had paid much more through Expedia than we would have if we had booked directly with the hotel.

A wonderful stay despite a rocky start! Our flight was delayed and we arrived after reception hours, but one quick phone call and someone was there to help us. To top it off, our booked room wasn't available, so they kindly upgraded us to a fantastic apartment! Everything was spotlessly clean. Great service and a lovely place.

Convenient location near airport

Last minute reservation for an close stay to the airport. My other hotel just canceled on me and Aupic Paradise was able to accommodate me last minute. Perfect for a stay needed super close and convenient to the airport. A no frills hotel with a not much else around. Our hostess was very kind and accommodating with helpingus get food and transportation.

Customer service not great. Booked a 2 bedroom apartment, paid in full and was told it is not available. They gave us 2 rooms, one for my daughter and I and a seperate room for my husband. Our room had a dead cockroach in the bathroom, dirty tub, felt unsafe. Needed help as my husband couldn't get in his room, went to the lobby and it was locked nobody around. Called the phone numbers at the lobby area but nobody answered. 3 hrs later person came to help us out. Bad smell, surroundings were awful, abandoned buildings was our view. Loud noise. We couldn't sleep. Happy to leave.
