"子連れで2泊しました。子ども向けに遊べるスペースや、お風呂には子ども向けのシャンプーリンス、無料のアイスバーやコーヒーなどもあり、とても良かったです。お風呂付きの部屋にしたのですが、お風呂も広く、窓を開けて、外の虫や鳥の鳴き声を聞きながらゆっくりとお風呂に入ることができました。朝食なしのプランにしたのですが、到着してから、追加でお願いしました。6歳の娘の分はなしで、大人2人分だけ頼みましたが、娘に取り分けても充分過ぎるくらいの量で、味もとてもよく、大満足です。点数をつけるなら99点です。 1点は、ホテルから出て、その先メイン通りに出る時、草木が生い茂っていて(ホテルの敷地ではないですが)、左右、特に右からくる車が見えなくて危ないので、どうにかできないかな…という希望だくです。ちなみにホテルから出る時はスタッフの方が見送りをしてくださいました。総体的に大満足の宿なので、子どもがいる家族や友人にも薦めたいと思います。"

"The staff was friendly. Upon arrival the guest gets a yukata and a key to 9 public thermal springs around the town, where he may bath freely. Note that they are extremely hot. The staff also offers a free ride to the Snow Monkey Park or Yudanaka Station in the morning."

"The property is managed by the nicest owners. They were so accomodating and even offered to drop us off in the town centre on both days of our stay as it was too hot to walk. "

"I was rather intimidated by this listing considering how automotated the whole process is. It’s all done with thorough written instruction and an iPad at check-in/out. I felt like I was doing a scavenger hunt on The Amazing Race or something. Stay the course and read everything carefully.
