I felt like I was just a number and they just wanted me to pass through. "Absolutely stunning hotel, highly recommend"

"The rooms are old and showing their age. Our room had 2 outlets that we could access which was very unfortunate. The one outlet by the beds was partially covered by the bed frame and we had to bend our plug just to fit my CPAP machine there. All the furniture showed lots of wear and tear. The room was clean but the elevators and hallways were dirty. We ate and had drinks at L1 and it was good and the staff was great. Very friendly. All the staff was helpful and very kind.
