"This was an amazing place to stay! We were treated so well from the moment we checked in to when we checked out. There was a complimentary drink upon arrival, chocolates on our bed, and a morning tray brought to our room. The grounds were lovely to walk around and the view from the tower was spectacular! Each room has a different crystal color theme. We were in the Malachite room. The food at the Opal Restaurant was delicious and well presented. I would definitely consider staying here again if...

"Our key cards failed every single time. The staff made it like we were inconveniencing them by needing new ones. The elevators are very slow. The bathrooms are a bit run down. However, housekeeping was very pleasant. Unsure if we’d stay here again."
