"Took my 17yr old daughter for out last adolescent spring break trip. She loved the hotel. It’s NYC so we didn’t expect a huge room. Yet ours was perfect and intimate. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Very accommodating and professional. I would just say the communication on the location of all amenities wasn’t very clear. It was like a scavenger hunt. One restaurant turned into two hosting dinner and brunch. "

"Rooms are nice and modern but housekeeping knocking on your door when a do not disturb sign is on, the hotel trying to charge you extra for everything (like $6 per each suitcase you wish them to store when you check out), and complete lack of flexibility, etc. are not things that give you a good feeling or make you want to go back next time you’re around."

"Location, Location, Location! This small hotel is in a perfect location to see the city. Grand Central Station is just across the street, but we walked everywhere. I love a smaller hotel with character. The beds were so comfy, and the room was a quiet oasis in the middle of big city hustle and bustle. The staff was so nice and helpful. We loved Brendan at the front desk. We will definitely come back!"

"The deposit upon check in is 500 dollars, which is fine because it’s returned but I feel this should be noted. Property charges 35 dollars per day mandatory, but they do allow you to use it in the cafe which I guess is nice. You’re basically forced to spend money there daily. The hotel is beautiful and clean, rooms are a great size for New York, beds are very comfy, and the bathrooms are stunning. Our mini fridge was broken and our curtains did not close all the way allowing a room full of light...
