"One of the worst experience. How on earth they only provide two bottles of water for my entire 4 nights stay? The woman in the reception was rude and I feel she’s being racist. The Asian woman was polite but another woman in white shirt are so rude. The old man was good manner. I still cannot accept a hotel policy as she claimed only provide two bottles of water during first day of checked in !! Bizarre. My remaining of 7 nights I moved to Westin Hotel Times Square. Perfect place for me."

"This is our second stay here and it will for sure be our hotel for every time we are in NYC. It’s soooo close to everything and that staff is beyond lovely. We got there very early and they were able to hold our luggage so we didn’t have to walk around with it. Even on check-out day (check-out was 11am) we left late in the evening and they still were able to hold our luggage!!! Will recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the city and have everything near. Also is very perfect for anyone going to...

"Our room wasn't cleaned on our second day and no excuse was provided. Staff did bring up towels, water, etc. When reported, we were asked more than once if we had placed the do not disturb placard on the door, which we had not. Our room was cleaned the next two days so it was obviously a glitch.
Also, the in room coffee service was below par. Machine produced small amounts of coffee per serving.
Staff was friendly and generally responsive. No on-site food options wasn't ideal and I wouldn't...

"Easy check-in, informative staff, nice treats in the room. One minor thing about the latter is the bottled water left in the fridge. We think they should provide that every day, not just when we enter the first day. A minor quibble; the rest was wonderful and we hope to stay again."
