"My stay was great !! Felt safe and welcomed upon arrival !! Staff member Danny has a very pleasant attitude and friendly as he was treating all guests. The place is simple, nothing too fancy but still very convenient!! Locating was awesome to the west part of beautiful Monterrey !! The mattress was nice and comfortable!! Employees in the restaurant of the hotel were amazing!! great attention just one lady in the reception was a little bit rude but the rest of the employees and most of the staff were amazing , friendly and helpful. We had a leaking in the bathroom and they sent someone and get it fixed in less than 5 minutes is amazing how well they take care of the leak. Excellent service !!! Excellent hotel !!! "
