This was a clean, quiet place with a spacious double room and kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were good. The a/c was great and very quiet. The breakfast was basic and the added social hour with snacks and wine in the evenings was nice. The hotel sits near lots of shopping and dining options. There is an interesting system of pedestrian bridges that is nice but you have to figure out how to get to it to use them and enjoy without having to cross the busy street.

El personal del mostrador es muy amable y atento, la limpieza de la habitación en el 4to piso, es impecable gracias a la Srita. Adela, el desayuno ó comida buffet incluído son ricos, la lavandería es fácil de usar y está muy limpia. La alberca no es muy grande pero para familias está muy bien. El ambiente es tranquilo, las camas son de excelente tamaño, muy cómodas y limpias. En pocas palabras un excelente Hotel para descansar ó si se requiere pasar una temporada más larga está acondicionado como departamento, incluye, cocina equipada con utensilios y lavavajillas. No hay que preocuparse por los antojitos de alimentos si no deseas usar el servicio del Hotel, cerca hay restaurantes tanto de comida rápida como restaurantes a la carta; si deseas caminar hay plazas, Centros comerciales a pocos minutos. La zona es muy tranquila y de las más bonitas de Monterrey. Lo recomiendo mucho. Yo y mi familia quedamos muy satisfechos ya que es todo lo que promete en su publicidad.
