"I checked to my room and it was in very poor shape (the couch cushions were torn and the couch itself was very heavily stained). My son was supposed to sleep on the couch and it was so bad I was ready to leave. They did put us in another room, which was better but still had some staining on the couch and just overall was tired (scratches all over the wood accents, TV sound was not working, old lighting by the beds that didn’t go on right away). I thought this was a Hyatt and was sorely...

"Room was a little worn for wear and not the freshest smelling. Shredded bath floor towel and tears in carpet... Was definitely not a 4 star property. First time I've been disappointed in a Hilton property, especially for the price of the room. Resturant staff were all exceptional for breakfast. Kudos to the server who was running front of the house, serving and clearing all by herself - all with a smile the whole time!"

"Perfect getaway for a birthday celebration! The suite was very spacious, clean, and organized. We loved the automatic fireplace and the romantic jetted tub—perfect for relaxing with some candles at night. We also appreciated the complimentary wine they gave us. "Property seems like it is new and is in good condition. Traveling as a family of four the room with two double beds and a pullout was quite small. The rooms do not have queen beds. They are truly double beds. We ended up getting another room to fit our family better. Breakfast was decent and the location was close to the airport, but not too close that it was noisy. "
