"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bennett in Charleston, South Carolina. Even though the weather during our trip was a bit chilly, the hotel made the entire experience feel warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. After a long day of travel, the staff was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated.
Everyone we interacted with was kind, attentive, and eager to help. The staff had excellent knowledge of the local area and gave great recommendations...

Staff were all so fantastic from helping us check in early, to restaurant recommendations to facilitating our bag storage while we checked out and went to tour College of Charleston (reason for our trip). Rooms were very comfortable - spacious, nice linens, very clean. Hotel design is beautiful. Highly recommend. "

"The breakfast was a huge disappointment. The pastry which was dry, cold and had tiny bits of sausage was terrible. Paying $350-400 per night we expected better. But the biggest irritation was seeing a $2800 charge on my credit card. The room was $1388 for 4 night. It took 3 people at the hotel to get an explanation. The explanation made no sense. It was to insure that extras would be paid!!!!
We travel 100 days a year for many years. This was not only a first but nobody had a good...
