"The service was excellent! We got a complimentary ride from the airport. Even though our flight was 30 minutes late, the shuttle driver waited for us at the airport. Then everyone was very welcoming offering free water bottles every day and also an apple when we were leaving early and didn’t have time for breakfast. Also, the food at the Erie Grill was excellent and included some healthy options."

"This is a nice clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast choices are pretty limited and only snack type food. Staff is friendly. If a true breakfast is what you are looking for then there are locations nearby. Rooms are serviced upon request like most hotels we have stayed in. A sad decline for all after covid but all it takes is a request and it is done. Coffee was not working when we had an early airport pick-up and really nothing left to eat that I would count as food. I would stay here again...

"We stayed one night. When we arrived, we already received an instruction in messsge on how to access the property. Everything was smooth. The room is clean and comfortable, and the area is quiet and welcoming. The owner provided a very nice French style breakfast. Overall, my stay was very satisfied."

"I had a great stay at this location. I saw previous reviews talking about a green light on the ceiling keeping them awake, I did not find the faint green light to be an issue. Next time I’m in Rochester I would stay here again. "
