"The breakfast menu was good. Our room smelled bad. We think it was coming from the shower drain. Garbage with left with food in our room. It was difficult parking several blocks away. You need a code to get in the door and a different code to get in your room. A couple got in a verbal disagreement outside our room. They were swearing, yelling, with possible physical harm. We were afraid to go out in the hallway. The owner was apologetic but didn’t offer any reimbursement due to the smell...

"The Inn was in a good location near St. Augustine downtown. The bed was very comfortable. Parking was free and right outside. Our complaints were the noise of the boat power washing that went on until 10pm the first night and the fire alarm that went off at 1am on the 3rd night. Our room unfortunately was full of pet dander and I had an allergic reaction to it so we left after a 4-night stay with my face and eyes red and swollen. Please do a better job of advertising that ALL the rooms are...

"This was the cutest inn! I had the junior room and it was just myself traveling and it was perfect! Staff was awesome and it’s in a most excellent location too! Some things to note…. If you book through third party, some of the perks (breakfast and free drink vouchers may not be valid). If there is an issue with the room (on my check out day there was an issue with hot water for the inn) they 1000% took care of the guests and went above and beyond. This was a fluke situation and not the norm. ...
