"The property was very good and located in the Gion district, which made it walkable to many of the most beautiful areas, including Gion and nearby shrines. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed. Having a laundry facility downstairs and a FamilyMart right under the hotel was very convenient.
The only thing I would recommend improving is the check-in system. It was a little tricky to figure out unless someone from the front desk helped, which they kindly did for us.

"Propreté un peu à désirer dans la chambre. Deux oreillers avaient du sang séchés sur l’oreiller et etait très jauni. Oui il fallait le recouvrir d’un couvre oreiller mais ouf… le rideau avait aussi des taches importantes. Mais les draps blancs etaient propres et la salle de bain aussi. En face d’une ststio de bus et bien situee"

"Tout consideré, c‘était excellent. Chambre propre et spacieux. Staff aimable et prêt à venir en aide, bien situé.
Bémols: il n‘y a que 3 lave-linges, partagées, et il y avait parfois de l‘achalandage. Aussi, il n‘y avait pas de chaises dans la chambre, et on n’était donc incapable de tous nous asseoir ensemble (nous étions 5). Il n‘y avait qu’un divan qui était bon pour 2."

"Great for 5 adults to enjoy the Japanese futon beds and home. One western queen, 3 futon beds, 2 baths, kitchen, washer/dryer combo (which I did not like as the drying made everything wrinkled as if drying clothes after a wash spin cycle and took over 3 hours). Would like to have a drying rack or hangers to dry the clothes. Western bedroom had locks on the closet so no way to hang anything and no place for putting away clothes so we left them in open suitcases. 1st floor single futon room had...
