Great location & comfort

Check in was a little sketchy, I struggled to find the right door at first and keypad. And when I got into my room, I didn't realize the door would lock behind me when I left. I closed the door to go to the bathroom downstairs and luckily I had my phone on me with my code, but if I had locked my phone in my room without my code I would've been in a really bad spot since there is no receptionist or on-site staff. Other than that, the stay was perfect and I would absolutely come stay again. The room had great amenities and was very comfortable, the whole apartment was spotlessly clean, and I appreciated the fridge and kettle in the room. One note is that the electrical outlet next to the bed did not work, so I had to unplug the air purifier in order to use an outlet that worked.

良い事も一杯でしたが、、、

大変お世話になりました。 チェックインの仕方についての連絡がなくこちらから連絡をして宿泊者全員の情報を送りました。　当日玄関の施錠は開けられましたが各部屋にも施錠がある事は知らりませんでした。玄関と同じ番号でも開けられず問い合わせ新たな番号を出して頂きやっと開錠できました。 施設については清潔で快適でしたが、5人での宿泊にコップは4個しかなく残念でした。そして畳で寝るには敷マットは3枚必要でした。スタッフの皆様、一度ご自身でも宿泊して体験されてみてください。 １Fのお店の料理の匂い、お客様の笑い声、12時近くまで続きました。お店の閉店時間はすでに1時間以上過ぎていたので、申し訳ないですがお店にクレームのメールをいれさせていただきました。これはえびすやさんの責任ではないと思いますが、出店されるお店にはきちんと守って頂くようお願いしてほしいと思いました。

掃除

今回家族旅行で 利用させて頂きました 一棟貸しが出来る事ど最大7人まで宿泊可能 との事で 気を使わずに利用出来ると思い選ばせて頂いたんですが、掃除があまり行き届いて無い事 布団に染みがあったのは残念でした それ以外は 駅にも近いですし 街中を散策するには良い環境です あと気になる1つは、タイミングなんでしょうけど キッチンが使えるタイミングじゃないと 楽しみが半減してしまうなぁと ただまた行く機会があれば利用しても良いとは思います

古民家を綺麗且つ和モダンにリノベーションした素敵なお宿でした。 スタッフは常駐していませんが、きちんと連絡もとれ安心して過ごせました。 駐車場は無く、宿の前のコインパーキングを利用するのですが何も不便は感じませんでした。 個人的に不便と感じたのは2点。 Ⅰ　古民家故、階段がかなり急でありほぼ梯子で手摺を利用しないと登れません。シニアや3歳未満には昇降が難しいです。（客室は二階のため階段を登らないと客室には入れません） Ⅱ バケーションレンタルの形式ですが、キッチンはあるのですが別料金なのか施錠されており使えず、電子レンジもお部屋側にはありません。 （お弁当などは歩いて2分ほどの場所にデパートがあり地下で美味しいお弁当が手に入ります。コンビニも徒歩圏内です） Ⅰ.Ⅱを含めても、総じてオススメできる宿です。 お部屋もゆとりある設計で寛げます。 オススメできるお宿です。

キレイ、周辺に飲食店も多く良いですがスマートロックが慣れずに大変。シャワールームは思った以上に狭かった。温泉に行って泊まるならいいと思う。

冷蔵庫が使えない

冷蔵庫の電源をオンにしても全く使えず、電話したところ担当の者から折り返し電話すると言われたきり何の音沙汰もありませんでした。山梨ということでワインを買ったのに保冷することができず、仕方なく部屋をがんがんに冷やしました。
