"This property was close to many great shopping, restaurants and the Shibuya train station. I thought the price was very fair for the location. It also has two great restaurants on the first floor which makes it very convenient for early morning breakfast or late night eating:) "

You can't control your own room temperature to heating or cooling, it is centrally controlled. This was also not mentioned on the website. There are restaurants within the building but when you go and try to eat they will ask if you reserved a seat and won't let you in if you didn't make a reservation. So you should just be hungry and find a different place to eat in a country which is totally new to you. None of these nuances were mentioned anywhere. Overall it was not a pleasant stay. Room cleaning was done properly. Lifts worked. Other than that there's nothing I would like to mention. I wouldn't stay here again."
