"I looked up a hotel in the neighborhood after our flight got cancelled. I wanted to find something big enough for the five of us. This was the first one to appear in the list. The room was very spacious and clean with modern amenities. We arrived after surrounding restaurants had closed, but there was a convenience store very nearby so we brought a feast back to our room and sat around the dining table to relax."

"Had a fantastic stay here with the family. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond. Special shout out to Trinh who gave us some koinobori and made our little ones very happy! Location was great. Nearest Donki is a 20 minute walk, which helped when we needed to buy an extra suitcase last minute. Coin laundry was a bonus especially with a young family, and the rooms were nice and large. Theres also a lovely rooftop terrace. Highly recommend staying here."

"We went to Tokyo on vacation recently and stayed here. Booked the property online and were very happy with it. The room is smaller than what we expected but it was in a beautiful neighborhood, close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The best part was the fact that its close to 2 train stations. "I can't express how wonderful this place was to stay in! It's in Yotsuya which is a quieter neighborhood of Shinjuku. The property was immaculate and so comfortable and clean. I was so relieved and happy! I recommend to everyone! The shower pressure was amazing! The tv was easy to operate. For Americans.. watch the Haystack channel for good American style news coverage all day"

"Overall experience were good. Onsen were good, bed is too hard for us We were unhappy with the check out experience. The front desk is calling us three times for the 15 minutes delayed. Check out time is very stiff, no flexibility."

"Hot like suana. They should have option for cold air instead of hot since the aircond is heated. And window is not opened. We were sweating like pigs. My room is like suana. The corridor of my room is much much cooler than room."
