"This is a relatively small hotel in a good location handy for Kings Cross. But the thing that sets it apart is the attention to detail. My room was adequate sized with a little kitchen which was a surprise, but it was fitted with a great little fridge, great coffee machine and even had freshly make cucumber sandwiches on arrival. I don’t know if this is what happens for everybody, but I was also given a little gift from Tottenham and Masons as a welcome to the hotel. The room is really well...

"The room was in the basement of the property and had a shared bathroom. I was not expecting either. From the pictures on the listing I thought I was going to get a room with a bathroom on a regular floor. My reservation was non refundable so I could not cancel it after I paid for it. The house is very clean and the owner was responsive when I expressed my surprise. However, I stayed 9 nights and the situation was not to my liking in that room. The room was very very small."

"Lovely hotel, clean, just the right amount of space, comfortable beds. great location, great staff upon checkin. The only reason I'm not giving it a perfect score is because of this rude staff member who was on the elevator with us when we were checking out. She seemed absolutely repulsed to have us and our luggage in the elevator with her, cursing under her breath when she saw us come in. As soon as the elevator door opened, she jumped passed us as if she couldnt get out fast enough. I...
