"Good location, in a quiet, pleasant street, close to King’s Cross Station. The room was clean, comfortable and just as described. The fridge was useful and it was lovely to have ice cold water and other cold drinks and chocolate biscuits included gratis. Check-in was smooth and communication was excellent. What made my stay superlative were the helpful staff and extra touches, like taking my cases up to the room while I explored the area (as I arrived early), fresh sandwiches left in the room...

"Der Check-in war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend – wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Der warme Empfang mit einem Glas Sekt war einfach toll. Das Zimmer war sauber und vollkommen in Ordnung; es gab zwar normale Gebrauchsspuren, diese haben den Aufenthalt jedoch in keiner Weise beeinträchtigt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal in der Level Lounge: sehr warmherzig, aufmerksam und umsorgend – großartige Gastgeber, die maßgeblich zu einer wunderbaren Wohlfühlatmosphäre beigetragen...
