"Family vacation, rooms (we had 2) weren’t ready on time of check in, we had to wait 1.5 hoirs at the top bar. We got coupon for “free drink” - I would expect much more than that. We ordered fruit shake but there was no Bananas and no mango so not really enough options. We were completely unsatisfied. When we finally got our rooms it was in the lowest floor ( we ordered”mountain view” rooms so it is quite ironic as we were literally 1 meter above the ground. Additionally, the stair railing outside the rooms were just being painted while we checked in and there was a pungent smell of fresh oil-based paint. I was also extremely mad as I specifically asked for two adjacent rooms , however each one was on a different floor level. Overall when I complained the manager in charge just said he is very sorry and offered 20% discounts at the hotel restaurant- I didn’t know whether to cry or laugh! Breakfast was somewhat lacking. The buffet was poor, not enough tables in the dining hall, slow service. There is definitely lots to improve! Nice architecture- somewhat weird and clumsy though! Reminds me of the board game Snakes and Ladders. Only one elevator (4 buildings) and long climb and walk to the pool- which luckily is fantastic so it made our all stay enjoyable after all. Missing full size mirror in the rooms."

"Right on the beach. Complete with a pool and spa. A great restaurant, and a cracking cocktail list. This is a gem. Brilliant staff, chilled vibe. Close enough to a range of eating options but quiet and relaxing. This is not for you if you want to party all night or need shopping malls, but for feet in the sand and relaxation, don’t think twice. "

"A beautiful resort decorated with traditional Thai woodworking. Beautiful pools and landscaping. Excellent staff. A great place to come and relax. Private beach and pools with waterfalls. Variety of rooms with different views to choose from. It is a large resort and a little spread out but they provide free and efficient shuttle service throughout the property. "

"Most amazing place… no other resort in this area has the beachfront view and access like Palita. The beach is groomed every morning, and the sand is immaculate They have all sorts of things for guests to use such as beach cushions, life vests and even a surfboard! More quieter side of the beach but just steps away from so many restaurants, shops and bars. Perfect location for families, couples or solo guests. Rooms very well maintained, comfortable, clean, and spacious. Can even book connecting rooms for multiple families. Breakfast included, made to order and every dish absolutely devious. The Restaurant had a huge selection and everything we tried was 10/10. Best and biggest pool in Koh Phangan! The best part of this place was the people… The owners were on site every day making sure every detail was perfect. Going the extra mile every opportunity they had. All the workers were so kind and accommodating. It truly is like your second home. Can’t wait to go back with our family ❤️ "
