"The Staff were lovely. We were upgraded which was nice. We didn't use the facilities due to lack of time but it looked good.
The rooms were a little dated and needed some TLC. The shower was very good. It is a drive or taxi ride into town as the pavements are not suitable for walking.
The Breakfast provided choice and it was good. Again the staff were excellent which made it taste better."

"The only problem we had with the hotel was the hot stuffy room/
We realise that the budget price provided a budget room without AIR CON.
However we have stayed in very good 3 star hotels without this and they provide a portable fan.
Would stay here again because the pool facility is wonderful. The food was good too.
Just put a fan in the room without Air Con PLEASE"

"We had the most wonderful stay.
The staff were so helpful and friendly. They left a beautiful cake for my birthday! The breakfast was exceptional, nice view of the canal. The hotel smelt amazing and they had all the amenities you will need. I will definitely be staying again."

"The decoration and cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, along with the spa facilities, Bennett’s Restaurant and the hotel breakfast room. The food was delicious with a nice selection. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful, we will be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
