Cumberland House Knoxville, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was a nice size walk -in. Plenty of hot water, but wet shower floor was slippery. Nice smelling products of shampoo and shower gel, but hair conditioner container was empty. Overall it was a pleasant night’s stay.

I was very disappointed with this property. When we arrived at 6:30 pm, they did not have any rooms that could accommodate 2 adults and a teen, despite having a reservation for months. They offered us a room with a pullout couch, but room service was no longer available, and the pullout wasn’t made. ...
