"The best Hyatt Place that we have stayed so far. Its location is in the center of downtown, walkable to Market Square, Sun Sphere and University to Tennessee. The public parking garage is right behind the hotel. Many restaurant, pub, ice cream store choices. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet is much better than an average three star hotel. "

The hotel was different from our UK Best Western experiences and expectations, however this did not detract from the comfort and hospitality. Visiting family to meet our new baby granddaughter, we chose this hotel for proximity to their apt. We didnt hire a car, however we went for a walk each evening and found the area clean and quiet. We felt safe at all times. "
