"A power cut all day meant that the hotel had to rehouse us at a local hotel. It took hours of time and was a huge inconvenience. The staff were as helpful as possible, but I am pursuing the issue with Novotel."

"This IS a good value property but a bit away from the centre which may suit some people
The room was spacious and whilst some people may find it a bit irksome to ask security to let you out and in - it does make the place very secure
My only real issue is having two single beds pushed together as a double - it rarely results in a sound sleep - and didn’t here with pretty low grade mattresses
Would I stay again - maybe if visiting away from the centre"

"Stayed here while visiting family. Really pleasantly surprised by the size of the suites and the bed was very comfy. The whole property looks a little dated but I can’t deny we were very comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. It was also very reasonably priced in my opinion. Would be very happy to stay here again."

"Clean room, easy check in, nice pool ,sauna etc. Good location. Downsides- £7.50 parking overnight parking is too high- why do we have to pay as a guest when room rate is already quite high plus breakfast not included? Pool area by showers and changing room was dirty and full of hair etc. Starbucks breakfast teacake was stale. Easy check out. It's very busy and can get noisy."
