"Lovely hotel for Yorkshire wildlife park. It makes visiting much more enjoyable at a reasonable cost. Especially when travelling from some distance away. The staff are friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The wild bistro do a great breakfast but could do with healthier options for dinner. Otherwise a perfect stay. "

"Property was clean however staff could have been more helpful. They wouldn’t let our group of 5 sit together at breakfast although there was an available table because they didn’t want to reset it for lunch. "

"The bathroom was lovely and great toilet paper quality and towels, nice toiletries too. Nice tea tray and bed was comfy. However there was a gaping hole filled with cobwebbed pipes and the view out of the window was over bins. The room was cold but a portable heater was provided and sufficient. Dinner was great, the food was of an acceptable quality but the star of the show was the staff that served dinner. They were not intrusive, but were so helpful, a great steady pace of service. They...
