Hotel Rooms with Balcony in Klostertal

"We booked 2 rooms for 3 adults and 2 children a family of 4 in one room and an adult in the other, when we arrived there was simply a double bed in each room and we were told it’s expedias fault as they sent the information incorrectly from hotels.com and the hotel said there’s nothing they can do if we wanted more beds there are additional charges."

When you start the process of the kiosk, make sure you have your passport and hotel reservation number available. The room was clean and a good size. The breakfast was very well done with quite a large selection."
