"The overall experience was great. The staff is friendly and responsive. I particularly liked the food served at Aqua, which is why I was disappointed at the food quality from Carnivorous. The food was served luke warm at best and the meats did not meet the standards one would expect from a reservations only establishment. Maybe you should take a cue from the food consumption and wastage on a night by night basis at Carnivorous."

"This was an amazing boutique property with pleasant and very helpful staff. With all that said, the only negative is the immediate area/neighborhood outside of the gate. The management should spend more to enhance the standard of the area and help the people living in that area. This would make it more inviting for guests like us who wanted to go fora walk the area."

"I cannot say enough good things about this place. The staff are BEYOND EXCELLENT. I have stayed at 4 and 5 star hotels that did not provide this level of service with amazing smiles and attitudes. For the value this place is UNBEATABLE. The owner will get you a rental car completely hassle free and take care of your driving permit. If you don’t want to drive they have transportation readily available to every attraction on the island. Please stay here, you won’t regret it!!!"

"Very friendly staff everywhere ,I could mention a few (alibaba ,Suleiman, the waiters animation front desk they are all a good team).the Villas are perfectly designed and decorated .they compound is kept clean all through. What I wasn’t really pleased was the variety of foods, I missed local foods on the daily basis ! The drinks on all inclusive were terrible especially the juices ."
