"The breakfast attendant is TERRIBLE, RUDE. He makes you feel uncomfortable eating, getting more items, he is like a hall monitor, hoarding food that he himself doesn't even pay for. I told him the OJ flavor was watery. He persists to hit the dispenser so it comes out, then rudely shrugs his shoulders. I said the flavor is off...duh it worke! Ofc he opens the dispenser and its down to the bottom with pulp sitting! I would think one know to take it out and shake it or change it! Shower was filty dirty beware of room 413, spot on sofa dust on lamps. This hotel we use to love, sadly we will never return to this location. It's going downhill fast! The worst stay we have had never again and y'all need to clean up that's nasty."

"Our room was comfortable and clean. The area is really nice and being on the water was a plus. The bar in this hotel is small and in a corner which was not very festive, or inviting and the pool is nothing to brag about. The breakfast had good choices. "

"1st room had blood splats everywhere, second room had make up all over the walls bathroom had no hot water. It was miserable didnt stay my entire stay due to the conditions of the room"

"They provided a typical continental breakfast goods, fruit, yogert and beverages. The hotel was clean and quiet. Parking was well lit with security cameras in multiple areas. Staff were very friendly, informative and the location is not far from Sugarland Town center. "

"Limited food options- only bagels and coffee offered, although a continental breakfast was advertised. I was told I would not be charge for the service dog and that the $50 hold would be reversed the next day. I waited 2 weeks to finally get a refund. When I called the front desk, I was told it should be refunded in a few days and they were waiting on my bank to release the funds. On my 3rd call, I was told I was charged a $50 cleaning fee for the dog hair. I was upset because no one emailed, called, or texted me to inform me that I would not receive my deposit back. I also pointed out that the hotel shouldn’t charge me for a service dog because he doesn’t count as a pet. The dog only ever slept on the floor, never the bed. However- I remember checking the room for dog fur and putting any that was shed into the trash. I thought that was a silly reason to bill someone. They claimed they had to shampoo the carpet, but I felt that was just an excuse to keep my money. Since my dog is a service dog, I bathe and brush him regularly. He is a long-haired white Husky, though, so fur is bound to shed. It was also too cold to swim in the pool, so an inside pool would have been a good option. -Also, only one of the two elevators was working, so that made it very difficult for going to second floor with the dog and the luggage. -The room was clean and comfortable though, and I love the area the hotel is in- quiet and close to several shopping centers and grocery stores.
