"The best feature of the property was its location. The staff was helpful bit seemed they were understaffed. They said they could handle shipping our luggage to our next hotel in Osaka, but in the end distance the staff when needed. In the end they did walk us across the street to Yamote who handled the shipment. Loved the fact you could cast programs from your phone since the only English channel was BBC. Travelers with disability need to ask for a walkin shower if available because the deep soaking tubs were a challenge. Rooms were only cleaned every three days, but there was a system to replace towels and refresh coffee. My biggest complaint was the elevators were overwhelmed in the morning such that lower floors might not be able to depart for over 30 minutes. The rooms were very small but efficient. There was adequate room under the bed for luggage The bed was sideways against the window so it was difficult for me to crawl out of the bed in the middle of the night without disturbing my wife."

"The welcome station was essentially an all day happy hour 2pm - 11pm with free beer, champagne, and lots of snacks for the kids. They also provide pajamas along with many other small things that make life easier."
