"Room was very clean and spacious. Stayed here for the BTS ARIRANG concert with my daughter May 28 2026. The hotel is off the strip but still walkable distance which I loved. There was plenty of parking as well. Staff was very friendly at check in and I did do the pre-check in as well before arriving."

"We arrived very early in the morning and were greeted by Michael who was very helpful in finding a room for us to be able to check in early. He even got us a better room than we originally booked! The room was very nice, especially the large kitchen and bathroom areas. The hotel is not far from the strip, but far enough that it was quiet. The bar was also nice and affordable. I would definitely stay at the Platinum again."

"Better to have one common bathroom room in the lobby. After checking out at 11 am. My flight was at 7pm. I was waiting in the lobby to get shuttle to airport at 4pm.i asked staff for a bathroom. They told me to go to the nearest Gas station."

"The property was very clean and easy to get around in . Everyone was friendly and helpful. One negative was this room was privately owned and the process for getting the room cleaned and fresh towels was not easy at all. The room owner needs to post the instructions and phone number for their cleaning service clearly on the room description and inside the room itself . Lastly , On Friday night we could not park on site as the parking garage was full and made Us park offsite . We had been...

"Definitely better places to stay for the $$. We were only staying for the one night so it wasn't a big deal, but our room wasn't clean properly and it was loud. You can hear the pipes and plumbing everytime water was used and the heating/ac unit was super loud throughout the night. Stains and holes on the sofa bed."
