"Everything was exactly as expected. The only thing I would remark upon was that there was no overhead light in the room. Beside that I would definitely stay there again."

"The good stuff: the property has a lot of parking space and the area is overall quiet. The bad: 1. Room dirty and stinky, horrible smell upon arrival 2. Breakfast is awful, if you care about it. Coffee too. 3. Room A/C unit is the NOISIEST unit on the Planet. Whoever produced it, and whoever bought it, must to hate the human race! It's absolutely impossible to sleep with this God awful noise, all the time. I would NOT recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!"

"The water pressure in the bathroom was very low. We were on the top floor so that could be the reason. We stay here every time we are in Branson and that has never been an issue before. Great experience every time. Its on the main street and easy to get in and out. Multiple doors to get in and out of the Lodge. The free breakfast is a full feast. Big indoor pool, outside gazebo, plenty of meeting places to visit with other guests."

"The two front desk ladies I spoke with, Tanya and Amanda, seemed to know nothing. Perhaps some additional training for those two as the only answers or resolutions offered were to wait and talk to their manager the next morning. Also, the hotel was overbooked - we paid for a king plus sofa bed and they put us in a hearing impaired room that was incredibly dirty - there was sticky residue on the nightstand, it looked as though the room was thrown together last minute with the oldest furniture in...

"I loved that our dog stayed for free (no matter what size). Everything you needed for a pleasant stay. Enjoyed the extra large shower. Located right off the highway, but getting in and out was difficult."

"The hot breakfast was a good variety and had something for everyone. The staff was helpful if you had a need. The shower in my room was designed for handicap persons. My only complaint was mold. It was molded all the way around the edges of the walk in shower."

"Great place to stay for a few days to explore Branson. The pool was under renovation and even though the room was amazing.. it was missing a full mirror.. ladies need this.. Also the tub had a hose that leaked.. otherwise great area quiet and safe.."

"The hotel was built in 1997 by John Q Hammons, a SW MO business man and philanthropist who has since expired and the property is now owned by Atrium hospitality which cut staff, services and other amenities while raising prices and running the property into the ground. Signs of neglect and decay are clearly visible particularly in the swimming pool and in the rooms As is common with takeovers and buyouts, the new owners are more interested in short term pecuniary gain than long term viability."

"We had a clean room. The breakfast was fair. The coffee was not satisfactory. It tasted old or something. There was no creamer, we asked for it and was told they did not have any. 😳"

"Everyone was friendly- the elevator and hallways and stairways were not very clean. The breakfast was good/ but no fruit of any kind- and that is what I eat. Rooms were ok but I didn’t get towels until the third day. It was a modest place and we were fine."
