Staff was friendly and quick! Loved the indoor pool and hot tub. There were even towels provided at the pool. The room was nice and cozy for the price. I can tell the hotel has either been recently renovated or used to allow smoking inside.

Liked the room except for the rest room the toilet was very hard to get back up if your tall. I had to help my wife off it and it was very hard for me I used the tub and sink to get up. I'm 73 and my wife is 78 years old.

When we got there they checked us in someone check another guest o. Our room and that was some mix up. We had to wait and the lady was at a loss what she was suppose to do. Mix up it was terrible

The hotel staff was nice. We drove two vehicles to the hotel and dropped one off to take one to travel around town. Came back to find my truck had been towed and $300 dollars later. Got it back and tried to not let it ruin our trip. Breakfast was good the next morning. Will definitely be staying somewhere else when we come back.

Me, my finance and our 9 month old baby took a trip to Branson this past weekend, the hotel was clean, quiet, and relaxing. The afternoon front desk lady was so nice and friendly always greeting us as we’re coming in and leaving. Breakfast was good as well too

We had a good stay. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. Breakfast was good. The property was a little dated but was in a nice location for everything we were doing. The kids enjoyed the pool. The hot tub was warm but the jets did not work during our stay. They were also short on pool towels but staff was very good about getting us regular towels. We would definitely stay again for the price of the stay.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. The coffee was pretty good for hotel coffee! Good location. We didn’t get stuck in traffic on a busy holiday weekend.

Service was friendly. But very disappointed in the pool area. The pool area was 96 degrees Fahrenheit which is unacceptable to be able to watch your children swim when it feels like we're in a sauna. There were no fans going there was no ventilation whatsoever and no doors open or windows open. The thermometer on the wall red 96°. I could not tolerate sitting in there to watch my 9-year-old granddaughter swim. Which cut her swimming short. Very disappointed.
