"The facilities were nice but the problem is there is not a local person if an issue arise. We had two separate issues with the fire alarm overnight the first took an hour and 25 minutes for the fire department to respond and resolve. Only for the smoke alarms to back off two hours later. Come to find out out that they have had issues with the system for weeks. I understand things happen but no one locally to help and twice in one night is ridiculous"

The room was quaint and offered a wonderful outdoor porch. The only con to our stay is how uncomfortable the bed was. It was hard and spring filled which kept us tossing most the night with lack of comfort. We left before breakfast, so we aren’t sure how that was, but it smelled good! "This is our third stay with Ramada. The Beachcombers tiki bar is so awesome and the pool is so nice but… the mattress we slept on last night was not the most comfortable and I do understand that everyone has different preferences when it comes down to mattresses but we barely slept… well vacation is not for sleep, right ? but we are exhausted.
