"Everything was perfect,except having to go outside to smoke.Why not use Air purifiers for smokers? I do at home and they work really well."

"I really wanted to like Kittery Inn and Suites, but the room felt less “cozy coastal stay” and more “forgotten storage unit with plumbing.” The room was dirty, including the toilet seat and floor. The “sofa” appeared to be outdoor furniture dressed up with cheap foam pads and tired old cushion covers, which was certainly a choice. "Every aspect of the rooms and service had an extra level of thought behind them. The Nespresso machines were a nice surprise. The lobby had ice all the time so make iced coffees; they were great for on-the-go mornings. The toiletries and diffusers all used very pleasant essential oils that were calming and not intrusive."

"My room was clean and updated. The one issue was the alarm clock went off in the middle of the night when I hadn’t set it. Once a loud buzz sounded like a fire alarm & the next night music. They did finally resolve it after that. "

"The Hotel is clean and the Ocean Front Balcony King bed room was large and very nice. The staff are friendly and check in and out was efficient. Vallet staff were excellent. My wife and I really like The Ashworth by the Sea The only issue we had was their was no hot water in the shower So for the cost we paid for 1 night it was disappointing to not have hot water for a shower in the morning. We will be back again, bit will check the shower after arrival"
