The room & property were very clean. The staff outstanding. A special thank you to James at the front desk & Andrè in The Venue. Would suggest that at check in guests should be notified that housekeeping needs to be requested by 11:00 am (I didn’t notice the sign). For a nicer hotel,coffee should be available in lobby in addition to the small coffee maker in room. I would recommend to friends & family.

Our stay was overall decent, and there were definitely some positives. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful with anything we needed. The breakfast buffet was great and reasonably priced, and we enjoyed the entertainment during our stay, including the DJ on both nights and karaoke night. However, there were also some concerns. We reserved two rooms, and the door to one of the rooms would not shut all the way. The other room had ants, flies, and roaches, which was disappointing and made us question the cleanliness of the room. We were also concerned when my daughter was approached by a random man in the parking lot at night. That situation made us feel uncomfortable and raised some concerns about security. Despite these issues, we did enjoy many aspects of our stay, especially the friendly staff, affordable breakfast, and entertainment. With improvements to room maintenance, cleanliness, and security, I would consider staying here again.

I booked the trip and paid in advance. I was traveling from out of state. The luggage was dropped off in the morning and in advance of check in. Upon returning later in the day for check in, the room had been given to someone else and there were no other rooms available….so another hotel had to be secured at a different location some miles away.

The hotel is old and weak. Stayed in a “Suite” that had water stains on ceiling, crud in the grout in the shower, and cigarette burn marks on the bathroom sink counter top. Also wreaked like chlorine throughout, bags of garbage from rooms in hallways for extended periods of time, carts also littered the hall and never retrieved. Hotel could be nice, needs A LOT of TLC.

Broken and out of place closet door, worn out furniture, tv signal terrible . Most Arcade machines by the pool don’t work and takes coins but not working . Vending machines except the water/soda dispenser by the pool area was out of order. ATM was out of orders General “ old” and not well maintained feeling everywhere

Unfortunately our bathroom was not cleaned after the previous guest and it completely ruined our stay. It was very dirty with hair everywhere. We called the front desk and they said “ will see what we can do”, no one came to check the bathroom cleanest and they didn’t offer us to change the room. In the morning at check out we brought it up again and we were completely ignored no comments not apology. The rooms are outdated and smelly but my main concern was cleanest and customer service that should not be overlooked by the management.

Generally run down and dirty. Couldn’t use pool because water was cloudy. Nail clippings found on bathroom floor. Had to change rooms because smoke detector kept chirping. Never will return!

the door that keeps the refrigerator enclosed did NOT close at all and my wife bumped into the door and hurt her already disabled leg!! I am livid that I was charged above $350 for this trash experience and my wife experienced pain. I need a full refund for this unmemorable experience.
