"Hotel located in ideal spot. Lots of shopping, food and the underground stations nearby. Easy access to the rest of the city. Staff was friendly. The warm breakfast was good, lots of choices for sweet/savoury or hot/cold. Internet access was atrocious. Did not seem to matter time of day or night, internet was incredible spotty. "I stayed on the 5th floor and was grateful for the (very slow) elevator. The room was relatively quiet for London but the heater did not manage to heat against the cold air coming through the not very well insulated window early January when it was freezing outside. The room was of reasonable size and all key items you would expect (kettle, cup, tea, coffee, wardrobe and TV) available. "- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs.
