"Excellent stay. Reached before the check in time but they had a storage to store my bag which was convenient as I didn’t want to carry my luggage around the shopping centre.
About 10mins walk from bullring. Clean room and great staff.
Only thing I would advise is for the guests to be provided slippers in the hotel room. Other than that, everything was perfect and the room was clean too.
Great staff and security was present and kind which made me feel safe. Would visit again."

We overslept so did not have breakfast but had tea & coffee in the room.
Bed large and very comfy. We just needed a place to sleep and shower. This more than fitted the bill. "

"Overall room was clean if a little tired, needing refurbishment. This was reflected in the fixtures and fittings throughout the hotel.
I had previously stayed at the hotel approx 12 months (Ramada) before and it was 'tired' then, so in need of capital expenditure."

"During a 12-day rail trip around England, this was one of eight stops along the way. I prioritized locations within short walks from a train station throughout the trip, and this property fit that plan.
This was our first time staying at an easyHotel property and we REALLY liked it. Room was great value, and although we had to pay for luggage storage, the staff were very fair in the interpretation of the bag policy and didn't gouge us.
I will definitely be looking for this brand of hotel in...

"We stayed for a couple of nights, having breakfast & dinner twice. After a rather brusque check-in with a middle aged Asian gentleman (the owner?), we made our way to Room 10, a king sized room with an additional bed in a side room. As we had our Jack Russell with us, this may be a pet-friendly room.
The bedroom was beautifully clean, and the beds comfortable. I think the bathroom had not long been fitted, and had a fabulous shower along with all the complimentary soaps/showergels/shampoos...

"Overall ok stay for work, close vicinity to event venue. Property under renovation so rooms dark & unable to open blinds. Generally Clean but coffee cup stained with marks after room refresh. Saturday breakfast served very late from 8am forcing people to skip breakfast for early event starts. Weekday breakfast service lacked attention with minimal staff & resultant struggle to oversee stuff - no refills for food & coffee till you found someone. "

"Had to click on something to get to this part of the review. Never actually stayed at the hotel, but spoke to a lady called Catherine who was brilliant! We had to cancel due to family commitments, but good old Expedia wouldn’t refund as they said I was too late to do as, but I took out the cancellation cover with them which said I could cancel up to the 3/5, but they thought different. I will never use Expedia again. You need to speak to people not robots!!"
