"Had a wonderful short break. Staff we interacted with very helpful. Some of the clientele (roungh/moany/rude!) were not what youd expect at a Hilton but that cant be helped. A problem we had was rectified. Lovely evening meal in the GILD restuarant. Breakfast in The Arbour was brilliant. Great range of choice. Only disappointmenr was I would have liked - and wanted during my stay - to sit on the terrace on the waterfront and enjoy a drink in the sunshine-unfortuantely on the date we chose it...

"Fantastic location, friendly staff, lovely room. No water in the room and as it is located in a separate building from the bar I believe this is essential. Room keys are reset overnight so you have to go back to reception to get back into your room. Restaurant is very busy so you must book in advance. Service at dinner was a bit chaotic with no segregation of duties. However every staff member was very friendly and helpful."

"Staff and service were very polite.check in was excellent. for lunch we order wraps,loaded fries with chicken and from kids menu sausage with mash,peas and ice cream. Well...waiting time around 30min with couple of guest around at12.30pm...fries arrived with no chicken,sausage with beans,no ice cream. Chicken Wrap was ok but no seasonings at all. My room 140 was dusty and bathroom needed better clean.i do understand somedays it might be busier then others and is not possible to deepclean however...

"We had a fantastic two night stay. Rooms were tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Little messages leftcon the mirror each day from the cleaner. All staff were extremely politecand helpful. Breakfast was probably thr best weve ever had in a hotel. What a selection. Always being topped up. Swimming pool was great. Very clean aroind the pool and changing ooms. We had an evening meal too which was delicious, great value for money. Bar and starbucks open all night and kids can have free items...

"The hotel was lovely clean and in a lovely location walking distance from airport but far enough away for it to be peaceful. We had a room on the 5th floor it was clean and a good size bed was not great but ok for 1 night my only fault for my stay was waking up at around 4am when i heard what i think was a washing machine above me i have a feeling the floor above 5th is for staff maybe and thats where they have their laundry done so would avoid the 5th floor if possible "

"Unfortunately the shower in our room only delivered scalding hot water, the plug in the sink did not fit, the iron and ironing board which was attached to the wall fell off and the mirror was cracked. These were reported to the management who made a note of the issues so hopefully they will ensure these are all repaired. As we were only staying overnight we were able to cope with the shower situation. . However the staff were very polite and friendly. "
